MDW Gaming, LLC ("MDW Gaming," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit mdwgaming.com and any related pages or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Site").

This Privacy Policy does not necessarily apply to information processed solely in connection with separate client engagements governed by a contract, statement of work, invoice, or other service agreement, although some overlap may exist.

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you submit information through our Site, we may collect:

6. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Discord and social platforms. If you click a third-party link or interact with a third-party service, your information may be collected or processed by that third party under its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party services.

Cloudflare Turnstile. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and spam prevention. When you interact with the contact form, Turnstile may collect and process request data such as your IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction signals to verify that you are a human user. This processing is performed by Cloudflare, Inc. under their own privacy policy.

Discord. When you submit the contact form, we receive an internal notification through Discord's webhook service. The information you submit — including your name, email address, selected service interest, and message — is transmitted to Discord's servers as part of that notification. This transmission is for our internal use only and is not used to contact you through Discord. Discord processes this data under their own privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to inquiries, maintain business and communication records, provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, email system, online form, or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form unless we specifically request it through a secure method.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of certain information;

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently commit to responding to them unless required by applicable law.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
